Can’t find the car you want?

Once you submitted Carloha's Pre-Order Request Form, we will contact you and get to know all your car needs and budget.

After you paid the $2000 deposit. We will start our car searching process for you right away.

Once we found vehicles that would satisfy your requirements, we will send you all their photos, detailed features and history records. You can compare them, make a decision, then simply let us know.

After you have determined the vehicle you want to buy, you need to pay the balance of the vehicle. We will immediately put the car into stock, and the deposit will not be refundable after the vehicle is put into storage.

After you purchase insurance for your car, we will book vehicle delivery and confirm location with you. After delivery is confirmed, we will inform you of the price and delivery time in advance.

At the same time, Carloha will prepare the registration materials and send them to you. After you receive the relevant materials, you’ll only need to go to your local DMV and submit them. For New York State customers, Carlos will be responsible for the vehicle registration. Carloha offers free 90-day/3000-mile warranty ($200 Deductible) for all Pro-Order customers.
